10.30-12.30 every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Meet in the middle of St Mary’s Centre behind Savers, Quaker Lane.
Walking Well aims to encourage people of all ages and abilities to take advantage of the physical, social and mental health benefits offered by walking in groups of like-minded people.
All walks are free and led by a group of trained leaders who can help you take the first steps to a more active lifestyle, as well as being a great way to meet new people.
The walk is free, you just need to complete a walker registration form before joining. The walk is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, dogs on leads are welcome.
