Thornbury Choral Society Rehearsal

Thornbury Choral Society starts rehearsals again after the Christmas break on January 6th 2025 at the United Reformed Church at 8.00pm.
We shall be rehearsing for our Spring concert which is on May 10th 2025 at St Mary’s Parish Church, Thornbury at 7.30pm. The programme is Durufle – Requiem and some unaccompanied Motets.
On March 1st 2025 we shall hold our annual Choral Workshop where we will be studying Stravinsky’s “Symphony of Psalms” and Brahms’ “Song of Destiny”. The event will take place at Thornbury Baptist Church, Gillingstool, starting at 10.00am and finishing at 5.00pm. We hope you will join us for what promises to be a most interesting day.
Always on the look-out for new members, we rehearse at the United Reformed Church on Monday evenings at 8.00pm. You are very welcome to come to a rehearsal to try us out!
