An Evening with Drappier Champagne

Savour the occasion and enjoy a fine dining, bespoke five-course menu with exceptional wine pairings.
Guests will be welcomed by a Drappier & Drouhin Oregon representative who will introduce the winemakers and will be leading the guided tasting. Meanwhile, a delicious bespoke menu will be created by our Culinary Director, David Williams and his team, to perfectly match the wines being presented.
Each dish has been carefully balanced – and each glass chosen to complement the food. As you dine, you will be told the story behind each bottle, its origins, tasting notes and techniques.
Dress code – smart casual
Evening will start at 6pm with canapés, followed by dinner at 6:30pm.
