Thornbury Art Club: Monthly Club Night

Our monthly Club Nights when we have a talk/demonstration by a guest artist are on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
Join us this Club Night to watch Barry Herniman paint a Coastal Scene in watercolour, full of colour and vibrancy. Barry loves to travel with his sketch book, capturing scenes, whether it be his beloved landscapes, or the buzz of the city. His favourite medium is watercolour with the fascination of it’s transparency and movement as colours mingle and unfurl on the paper.
We’ll have a short break during the evening for free tea, coffee, and biscuits. This will give us an opportunity to catch up with each other and of course say hello to our visitors. There will also be some time to chat to the artist and ask questions. Don’t miss this fantastic chance to learn, socialise, and enjoy an evening of art, whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills.
