Guest event – Introduction to mindfulness in nature and forest bathing
This gentle, two-hour session offers an introduction to mindfulness in nature and forest bathing practices. You will be supported to slow down, engage your senses, and explore simple guided activities designed to help you reconnect with the natural environment.
These sessions are led by experienced facilitator Lucinda, who is currently furthering her training as a student with the Forest Bathing Institute to become a qualified Forest Bathing + guide. As part of her training, she is pleased to offer these sessions free of charge.
In return, Lucinda will invite participants to offer feedback to support her learning and development. As a gesture of thanks to Tortworth, donations towards the upkeep of the site are also warmly welcomed.
No prior experience is necessary. Please note that the terrain at Tortworth is uneven, with some bumpy and hilly areas. If you have any access needs or would like to discuss suitability, please feel welcome to get in touch.
