Sound Bath

The Armstrong, Thornbury

7-8pm

Come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing Sound Bath on this Sunday evening, perfect for finishing off your week whether you've always wanted to try one or if it's one of your go to relaxation tools

What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments to create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and balance. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension in the body, quiet the mind, creating space for rest and renewal.

Some Benefits of Sound Healing:
· Encourages deep relaxation and stress relief
· Supports mental clarity and focus
· Helps release stored tension and emotions
· Helps with aches and pains
· Promotes better sleep and restfulness
· Restores a sense of harmony and inner balance

What to Expect During a Sound Bath
During a sound bath, you’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and simply receive. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes etc, I create layers of sound and vibration that gently guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
There is nothing you need to do — no effort, no right or wrong way to experience it. Some people feel waves of calm, others notice emotions or imagery arise, and many simply drift into a restful, meditative state. Each experience is unique, but most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
