League of Friends Grant-Giving Programme Closes
Grant-Giving Programme 2026/7 - Thornbury and District League of Friends (TADLOF)
Thornbury and District League of Friends has celebrated FIVE very successful years of community grant awards and support. Also, since the closure of Thornbury Hospital at the end of 2018, we have continued to support the Outpatients in St Mary Centre.
Last year a record total of almost £30k was granted to local charities including: SARA; GWAAC; New Start Debt Advice; BRACE; KRUNCH SW; Rockhampton Ravens; Thornbury's 2 Memory Cafés.
TADLOF encourages local organisations to apply for a grant towards any wellbeing or health-related project supporting our charitable aims for which our financial assistance might be needed. We welcome your interest and will consider all requests carefully.
The 2026/7 programme will operate as follows:
7 October - 9 November 2026: Grant Applications to be submitted;
9 November: Last date for Grant Application submission;
13 November: Announcement of Grants awarded.
