Thornbury Wellbeing: Laughter Yoga

We would like to restart our Thornbury Wellbeing meetings and with this in mind have planned a return session with a Laughter Yoga teacher - Joe Hoare.
The meeting will be ‘An evening of energising, spirit-lifting, stress-busting laughter yoga. Joe’s style is active and movement-based but no yoga mats needed!’
