1:30pm – 3:15pm, usually the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month
Let’s Sing to Remember is an independent voluntary group for those who have memory difficulties, their partners, and carers.
We meet for a chat, a cuppa and a sing. Singing and music have been shown to help those with memory problems, and we know how important an understanding support group can be.

7pm: Elite Fitness Gym Festive Night
Here's our annual Festive Night get together for staff, members and friends of Elite Fitness. It’s a chance to unwind and socialise away from the gym and celebrate our recent successes and talk about plans for next year!
The event starts at 7pm.
The Festive Night is FREE for all to attend including the buffet. A drink is also available for every member on the house.
