Love Thornbury is looking for volunteers to shape this year's Pride event on Saturday June 4th.
We welcome everyone in the LGBTQ+ community and allies, including straight friends and family.

10am: Easter Egg Challenge Engineering & Crafting

Get Hands-On with Real Engineering & Crafting Fun!
Tuesday 7th April 2026
10am - 12noon: Air-powered Rocket Cars
Build an air powered rocket car using K’nex. Test it and make modifications to improve its performance. Race it on our track to see how far it will travel in a straight line.
12.30pm - 2.30pm Egg Drop Parachutes
Design, create, and test a parachute to safely land an Easter egg.
Our workshops are suitable for families with children aged 5 and up.
Children under 9 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Attendance is limited to one adult per family group.
Children under 5 years are welcome as part of a family group.

Learn to make a beautifully unique hanging door wreath using carefully sourced natural mussel shells from the Roseland peninsula in Cornwall.
