Elite Fitness Gym Tough Mudder Trip
On Saturday 10th August 2024 we will be taking a team of brave members and staff to the Badminton edition of Tough Mudder. We have spaces for 10 participants but we can add to this if we need to.
It’s a tough day out, covering 8-10 miles with 25 obstacles in the way and it is very muddy. It’s a great way to do something else active away from the gym.
It’s a mixed ability course so it doesn’t matter how fit you feel you are. If you don’t like the look of an obstacle, you can go around it (but that’s not the plan!). There’s no mudder left behind!
