Alveston Singers' Summer Concert

After a somewhat gloomy couple of years, Alveston Singers are ready to help get you in the mood to celebrate the joy of the Queen’s Jubilee. In our concert, entitled Music Fit for a Queen, we’ll be singing music that was written especially for royal occasions: coronations, weddings, even a musical glad-to-hear-you-are-feeling-better card.
The concert will be at the Methodist Church, Alveston on Tuesday 31st May, starting at 7:30pm. To cheer you up even more, entry to our concert is absolutely free. However, we know that you enjoy supporting local charities, and we will be collecting for Thornbury Stroke Support group and the Alzheimer’s Society.
