Thornbury Lawn Tennis Club

Thursday Night Fitness will be beginning on May 6th 7-8pm, running for 6-weeks. Whole body sessions to develop strength and cardio-vascular fitness, incorporating a mixture of weighted & bodyweight exercises to work the whole body, and interval running. Exercises can be adapted to cater for beginner & those with higher levels of fitness.
