Parish Poll – Thornbury High Street

The date for the poll has now been set as 26 May 2022.
Voting takes place between 4pm and 9pm that day.

Polling stations will be open at the following Thornbury locations:
· St Mary’s Church Hall, Eastbury Rd BS35 1DR
· Scout Hut, Park Road BS35 1HT
· Turnberrie's, Bath Road BS35 2BB

These are the usual polling stations for all other elections. If you are not certain where to vote, call Electoral Services on 01454 863030, or email below.
No polling cards are issued for Parish Polls, and postal and proxy votes are not permitted. You must VOTE IN PERSON. Disabled access will be provided.

The question is: Do you want Thornbury High Street returned to its pre-pandemic status of through traffic for all vehicles and timed parking bays on both sides of the carriageway? Yes/No

This is the main chance, and possibly the only chance, to have your say about the future of our historic High Street. Whatever your opinion, it is important that you use this opportunity to help influence the future of our town.

Look out for further information on Facebook, on our website below and on printed flyers through your letterbox.
