The first human-powered flight was only 120 years ago. Aeroplanes and other flying technology have come a long way since then. Understanding how objects move through the air is important for engineers.
10am to 12 noon – Air Vortex Cannons
12.30pm to 2.30pm – World Record Paper Aeroplane
In the morning workshop, we will make air vortex cannons and launch cups to make them fly.
In the afternoon, we will design the world record paper airplane and launch it to see how far it can go.
You can book for the morning, afternoon, or both sessions.
