Thornbury Art Club: Highland Landscapes in Watercolour

St Mary's Church Hall

7.15 for 7.30pm until 9.30pm

Our monthly Club Nights when we have a talk/demonstration by a guest artist are on the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Here’s one for everyone who loves painting landscapes or would love to see how it’s done.

Paul Weaver is one of our very popular and talented tutors. Tonight he will demonstrate how to achieve amazing Highland landscapes in watercolour. The evening will be fun and relaxed - Paul is always happy to answer our questions and explain his tricks and techniques. Using reference from his trip to Scotland last year, Paul will discuss and demonstrate his watercolour techniques for capturing the mountains, lochs and rural buildings he saw there.

We’ll have a short break during the evening where you can enjoy free tea, coffee, and biscuits. It’s a great time to relax, network, and connect with other art lovers, whether you're a member or just visiting for the evening.

Don’t miss this fantastic chance to learn, socialize, and enjoy an evening of art, whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills.

Members free, non-members very welcome - £6 on the door, cash or card. Free parking on-site.
