Welcome to autumn in Thornbury!
October gets off to a creative start with Thornbury Fun Palaces, a free community celebration of culture and connection made by and for local people, as well as Love Thornbury's Oktoberfest, with entertainment, food and local craft stalls.
If you enjoy a little intrigue with your entertainment, head to Eastwood Park for an evening of psychological gameplay at The Imposters - An Immersive Dining Experience, or dive into the intrigue of Henry VIII's court during an atmospheric Tudor Murder Mystery at Thornbury Castle.
For something altogether more peaceful, take a self-guided walk on Autumn Colour Visitor Day at Tortworth Arboretum and enjoy the spectacular reds, oranges and golden shades of autumn.
And then... Halloween! Find an eerie atmosphere and autumnal magic at Berkeley Castle, spooky surprises at The Swan's Coyote Kings Halloween Party, and for the chance to win something rather special for your own Halloween celebrations, don't forget to enter our Halloween Hamper Competition. And... for a theatrical finale to October, Thornbury Musical Theatre Group is bringing Guys and Dolls to the Olympus Theatre at SGS WISE.
